This place is dream. I don't even know what to write, because if I only could, I would move there and spend the rest of my life there. It's pure magic. The surrounding is peaceful and beautiful, you can hear only goats and cicadas there. Rooms are located in old building, which is renovated with respect to its historical look (raw stone on part of the wall inside - wow). It's mix of luxurious hotel and homely summer house in the countryside. Last, but for sure not least - the owner of the place. Amazing guy with open mind and heart - you can really feel that the place is created with true passion to hosting people, sharing stories and showing beauty of portugese countryside. It was real pleasure to stay there and hopefully I will have a chance to be back there.

The area was magical and so peaceful and the host Joao and his assistant Alda went above and beyond to help us after I came down with a bad head cold during our stay. Comfortable accommodation. Kitchen is well equipped. Lovely balcony with an amazing view!! Outdoor swimming pool was plus. Breakfast was very good and everyday with an effort to bring something new. Big star is Marisa, that throughout our stay was very attentive. A place to return for sure!
