Very comfortable room. Large bathroom with good size walk in shower. 2 single beds in room. Pillows and bed comfortable. Very clean. Wifi good. Aircon good. Tv has plenty of channels. Parking onsite. Restaurant was closed the day I arrived but bar was open for beer and coffee. Almeida is only 6 min easy drive for restaurants.Host very nice and helpful. She has recently taken over management. Nice and quiet being in small village. Breakfast was good.

Super helpful staff - we turned up late with 4 e-bikes that needed charging over night and they went out of their way to make it possible. Late excellent dinner, comfy rooms, great breakfast and cool art deco interior

Very gracious hosts and excellent starting point to Explor the sourrounding area. House is equipped with everything you will need. Parking just a few steps away and a nice Cafe just next door to Grab a Café and some pasteis in the morning before you go 😃

Perfect location for a quick overnight stay. Staff were very helpful, and the restaurant was incredibly reasonably priced. Really liked having the extra blankets in the room! Continental breakfast was nothing special, but filling. Thank you!

A great place as a "base" for exploring the area - brilliant for anyone into hiking and nature! And staying here supports the work of Rewilding Portugal. I would say the place is halfway between a hostel and a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and there was heating available, which was needed as it was unusually cold at the time during my stay. The room was attractively furnished and clean. The communal areas also felt comfortable and well thought-out.

Great location!

Great location! Located between Vilar Formoso, and Almeida Castle in Vale da Mula. Surrounded by nature, and a relaxing garden. Free parking. Clean, spacious room with WiFi, tv, desk, outlets, and bathroom with shower. Suite included a kitchenette with dining table, and a comfortable sofa. Restaurant on premise, currently closed until June 1, 2024, but they are serving breakfast. Great customer service. Highly recommend

A peaceful place, good for relaxing, or for visiting the...

A peaceful place, good for relaxing, or for visiting the surrounding areas, on this side of the border in Almeida, or on the other side in Ciudad Rodrigo or San Felices de los Gallegos. All beautiful places with a lot of history. I recommend Mulagueta, good accommodations and a good quality restaurant.

Very welcoming, quiet and very clean place, friendly and helpful staff, picturesque and very good facilities, rich and sufficient breakfast. Good accessibility and very close to centers like Guarda or Ciudad Rodrigo. I highly recommend it!

A fantastic place, meticulously maintained, modern, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are completely renovated and elegant. Impeccably clean, with a restaurant serving exquisite food. The grounds are very large with lovely details in every corner. The staff is charming and very friendly. 100% recommended.
