Exceptional Resort, Excellent services, wide villas with all amenities, clean towels and bathrooms stuffs, very delicious food with a variety of international and Arabic Menu. Very nice pools and beach with full surveillance from a staff of lifeguards, many activities with courts around (football, tennis, pingpong…), very nice gym with sauna, staff are so kind and very helpful with quick service specially a Big thanks for Asmaa, Houssam and Janat for their services and hard work during my stay. Very recommended and sure I will be back with family and friends soon!

From the moment I arrived, everything at Hotel Muse Qatar was exceptional. The reception staff, security, and valet team were all polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was immaculate, super clean with a fresh scent and beautifully decorated in a modern design. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the atmosphere was both stylish and comfortable.     I always come to this Resort it has a private pool but very...

    I always come to this Resort it has a private pool but very small , the food is getting worse , the staff are very lazy , the villa was empty of all facilities except water I had to beg to get any thing like cups spoons plates , Big pool is nice .. beach is clean .. the big sliding outdoor can't be locked !

    We had an unfortunate experience when checking in with one...

    We had an unfortunate experience when checking in with one of the front desk people chasing us to pay the second we stepped into the villa. It turned out it was a mistake on their end and the manager Mr. Santos did a great job to rectify the problem and make us feel better for our bad first impression. THIS IS THE WAY TO DO HOSPITALITY DOHA!! TAKE NOTES!!! I am posting this negative to show how good the stay was and how care and attention to the guest can create repeat visitors. It is cheaper to keep a customer than it is to get a new one. Something places in Qatar need to learn. A bunch of "sorry's" are not enough. Great Job Mr. Santos(manager), front desk, Chef Walter, and the F&B staff!! We will be back!!
