It is rare that words and photos cannot really express how beautiful and welcoming a place is, but that is surely the case for Cioclovina Tribe! You actually need to experience it yourself to understand its charm. Situated in the heart of the mountains, secluded, wild, but at the same time offering all comfort and facilities needed. Most of the time you can only hear the crickets and a cowbell in the distance, so if you look for a place to reconnect with nature and with yourself, this is the place to be. Bogdan is an excellent guide that will take you to undiscovered places, so do book a trip with him if you are there! And he talks with so much love and passion about the area that you will get to love it as well. Jack, the dog with endless energy that went everywhere with us was a fun addition to the crew. Food was also delicious and creative, and we really appreciated that they cooked vegetarian for us. All in all, an exceptional experience with lovely people and other creatures, spectacular nature and positive energy!

It's a rather remote village, with beautiful and almost undisturbed nature around. Phone reception can be patchy (although we had no problem with internet once in the place where we stayed). Nature lovers will not be disappointed.

The hosts were very welcoming (including the little girl)...

The hosts were very welcoming (including the little girl) even though we arrived late at night. The room was beautiful, with tasteful details and impeccable cleanliness. We had slippers and bathrobes, because the property also has a bathtub. We had access to the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The rooms had a balcony, a bathroom with a window. Thank you very much to the hosts! We will gladly come back again.

The location has been in operation for 1 year, honestly, it exceeded my expectations to the max... I really lucked out on this place! Consider that, due to the nature of my job from Monday to Friday, I am away on business all over the country and have to stay in different locations - this location exceeded all expectations!

It is very close to Sarmisegetuza Regia.

It is very close to Sarmisegetuza Regia. It is easy to get there and the road is good. It is preferable to arrive by car: Our friends arrived at night, around 11:00 PM, and they had a harder time traveling. It is good to be close to Sarmisegetuza Regia, so you can visit the museum in the morning. After 11 am-12 pm, there is not much parking space.
