Perfect accomodation. Nice room, kitchen and possibility to sit on the terrace. The host is amazing and kind person. There is a small pub with tap beer nearby. The surroundings are amazing and great to hike. Landscape is spectacular. There is also an old wooden church to visit. We would love to come back one day.

I recently stayed at this wonderful accommodation during my visit to Maramureș and it was a nice experience. The location is perfect, offering both peace and easy access to the region’s main attractions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. We came from far away and we arrived around 3 in the morning. The lovely couple waited for us without hesitation. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. They provide breakfast and dinner on request for an extra fee. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it, but more than that, the young girl that was serving the food, had an amazing attitude! She was smiling the whole time, coming and checking if we need anything else, if everything was alright. Such a lovely soul! We would definitely be back! Thank you!

The owners are super nice. Maria being super friendly and helpful all the time. I recommend to eat there as their food is delicious and home made. Breakfast is also great, and has a variety of food to choose from. Rooms are nice and clean (lovely bathrooms). Hope you will get to meet their lovely lab Max. It’s such a sweet puppy.

A very enjoyable stay. There is an option to book 1, 2 or 3 rooms. We booked one room with an ensuite and one room with a shared bathroom. There is a fully functioning kitchen with lots of space and a huge coffee machine. The owners were the kindest people we met during our 7-week holiday and really went out of their way to welcome us. The bed was one of the most comfortable on our trip as Europe tends to go more with firm mattresses, but this was not, and we were grateful. The accommodation is a little away from the main center which is no issue if you are driving. We loved our stay and plan to return during spring/summer.

Small but beautiful village.

Small but beautiful village. The wooden churches are worth the drive from Cluj. The church grounds keeper showed up at 9:50 AM to let us in, but they can be reached by telephone if the doors are locked. Every where we go was picturesque. The roads are adequate to drive during the day, but harder to drive when it gets dark; some pot holes and some section without street lights. We dined at our home stay; she made us a feast for breakfast; local milk, eggs, cheese, bacon, home made jams and breads. The people are very kind and helpful, welcoming visitors to their land.
