I was only there for a few hours, before taking my flight from Otopeni Airport and I still enjoyed the services of this hotel. I had great supper and tea when I arrived and they brought me to the airport by shuttle when I needed to leave, which is a great thing to have when you are not traveling by car. Loved my stay here and I would definitely be back again, when I fly in or out of Otopeni.

Excellent hotel very close to the airport. The transportation to and from the airport works really well. The room is huge, clean, everything is new. The bed is spacious, comfortable. The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

Well located to the airport.

Well located to the airport. Easy to access with train line nearby. Very comfortable and well appointed apartment. We needed somewhere comfortable just for one night and this suited us perfectly. Some shops and restaurants nearby.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest.

I had a great time with my children in Bucharest. The bus system helps you get around the city cheaply. Uber is also very affordable. Our highlight was spending the day at the famous Therme Spa, lots to do, fun slides, restaurants, outdoor space and lots of lounge beds. Great locker system with a wristband for all your needs, you then pay at the end. Drinks and desserts are delicious, food is OK. You can catch a shuttle bus from the spa straight to the airport, so we were able to stay at the spa right up to the end of our stay. Most people were friendly and helpful if they were able to speak English. Perfect for families, couples or adult group trips.

Location to the main road, Buses, McDonalds, Lidl walking was 15 mins . Convince store in the area not too far. Clean neighbourhood Built up area. Close enough to The Therme Spa,10 minute taxi ride. Can catch uber or bolt around €8-€10 not even . I think because we were 5 people it was a little more so will be less of 3people. Close to airport too. Can catch bus or taxi. Must visit Edenland for the children and yourself. Zip lining, archery, fun day out.

The women are quite racist be careful, everything is quite far from the hotel and you need to book bolt's. Make sure you carry a charging point converter because the hotel doesnt have the UK plugs and dont have any points available.

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are clean, very warm, hot water, clean linens. All of our 5 rooms were great. 👍🏼 The hotel has a chic restaurant in the Romanian style and national food. We had good breakfasts, delicious coffee and an excellent dinner in the evening. The meat is just beyond words how delicious 😇 All the staff are great, they do a great job. Thank you very much, our stay was comfortable, we enjoyed it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I was unimpressed. A budget Ibis would have done the same job ( for less money). The coffee facility in the room was sub par, probably because they sell “better” coffee in the lobby. The restaurant and “snack “ prices were easily double of normal Romanian prices -which is still fairly cheap compared to the UK. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Very hospitable and willing to help. It was the hotel and its facilities that let down.

We wanted to make a change in our booking and initially the person who replied on our message from Ibis said that we needed to contact booking and ask them to make the necessary changes. But as we didn’t get any reply from booking’s customer care for more than 1 day, we just arrived at the hotel and the front desk managers Alex and Alex helped us greatly! Thank you! 🙏

I love the fact that you can get a shuttle to and from the airport at no extra charge. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is nice, and the menu has a lot of choice. The breakfast is a buffet with plenty to choose from.
