This is an incredibly charming place. In the immediate vicinity of an interesting city. I was in my own car so the issue of getting there did not bother me. From the yard of the house there is a beautiful view of the valley. The owners have two small, incredibly charming boys and a pair of huge Romanian shepherd dogs. You can order all meals on site. It is simple everyday cuisine but very tasty. The owners are extremely nice and discreet people. I recommend this place. It is clean, spacious and not embarrassing. During my last stay I spent 4 days there with a short break.

It's a small apartment with everything you may need. The bed is comfortable, there is a nice sofa, a place to sit on the balcony (with a view of the surrounding buildings and the mountains behind them), a kitchen, a bathroom, a small corridor and some wardrobes. The lighting is good and the apartment is tastefully decorated. There is a free parking space just below the balcony and the location is very convenient, both for the exploration of the area and for a walk around the town. The communication with the owner - very good. There are some supermarkets nearby. All in all, it was a pleasant stay that we even extended for another day.

The accommodation is ideally located for visiting the Merry Cemetery in Sapenta; the Elie Wiesel House is a must-see; the town has a lot of charm, although it's not always showcased. We didn't visit the Village Museum, but it's worth a visit if you don't have the opportunity to see the one in Sibiu or Bucharest during your trip.

It's a place cut off from everything, terribly sad and...

It's a place cut off from everything, terribly sad and lifeless. The route to get there is impossible, winding, mountainous roads, far from Cluj Napoca airport. It's a horrible place, I wonder why people live there; they're probably too poor to travel in the midst of civilization.

Clean city, I came to see the following points: Memorial to the Victims of Communism and the Resistance Cemetery of the Poor Maramures Village Museum. Cons I did not find a place that cooks food specific to the area or sells regional products. Maybe there are, but they are not signposted and I did not find much on Google either.

We saw places that were dear to our souls long ago, the food was very good and plentiful. The traffic was infernal, you need a lot of calm. Using your own car is not recommended during the summer.

I really like this place. The hotel is close to the city centre, there are restaurants, a short walk there is a supermarket. The rooms are good size, the place is quiet, always I have a good sleep there. The place is very clean, everywhere is spotless, they have high standards of cleaning. The staff is amazing, I contacted Marianna with a few hours before to arrive to ask about the door access code. I got the code shortly after I messaged her. Overall everything is amazing.

Hotel was clean and looks new. Room was a good size adn the bathroom was nice. Staff spoke English which was helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant and that was good and also convenient. Bed was comfortable. There was a wedding there and we appreciated that they put us in a quiet room away from the noise. There was a lot of free parking.
