A new boutique accommodation in Socolari. We used it as a base for hiking in Cheile Nerei. The space is clean and with a lot of taste. The outside patio is great for siting in the evening for a glass of wine. Host is very friendly and lives nearby.

A lovely, quiet property. The host are incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything we needed for our stay was provided. The property has an bigger courtyard than most properties in the village which is great when you travel by car. The location is amazing for all the trips we did in the Nera national park. We would love to return.

The room seems to have recently been recently refurbished. Everything looks new. The hostess was very friendly and spoke good English. She was very kind and helpful. The local area is very pretty. The river Nera is nearby, with some nice walks to enjoy.

Impressive and climatic bedrooms interior. Rooms are cozy and spacious. Warm inside the house. In the hall, there were hunting trophies, which added to the overall wild vibe. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. In order to get to the kitchen, you walk through climatic green courtyard. Friendly and helpful owners. The private taracce next to the stream is beautiful and spacious. There are a lot of places to sit and chill. The gas fueled barbecue is great, as well as the hottub. All that is surrounded by beautiful countryside views and hills. The location is great, two big nature parks are up to 1h from the house.

The Nera Gorges and all the surroundings are superb.

The Nera Gorges and all the surroundings are superb. Socolari and all the surrounding villages are forgotten by time and the world. Bad roads, no facilities, dust, potholes, a bitter feeling. People could make a difference, but most are resigned. In August it was terribly hot, over 40 degrees, daily.

Socolari is a very beautiful holiday destination.

Socolari is a very beautiful holiday destination. I was convinced on the spot, where I stayed with private individuals. Personally, I had a bad experience but I recommend it for the location and the beauty of the place.

A crowded village with bad roads and a lack of signs,...

A crowded village with bad roads and a lack of signs, especially for tourists. The Nera La Tunele Gorges are splendid. Vaioaga Waterfall accessible by car although the road is not asphalt Ochiu Bei Superb. I didn't go further. Beiusnita Waterfall had no water

I really liked it, the host is a special man, very...

I really liked it, the host is a special man, very hospitable and kind. The house is spacious and comfortable located in a mountain village with clean air, lots of greenery and the surrounding area is exceptional for hiking.
