Casa Lia is a very old house that has been restored to the perfect place to stay when visiting Bukovina. It is an excellent location to go out and visit the monasteries, or go into nature. The owners are very hospitable and take very good care of their guests. Breakfast is being served with local products and specialties. Beautiful surroundings. Highly recommend.

The location offers privacy, but it is not too remote and you can get groceries (20 minute drive). The space was plenty and comfortable for a couple + dog, Excellent coffee machine. The sauna is right next to the chalet. A big plus for me was, that I could charge our electric car via an exterior outlet. Pro tips: if you book in the winter and temperatures are bellow 0, you might need a 4x4 or snow chains to get up to the property. Warm water is not always unlimited, you might want to use it wisely or else you will have to wait until the heater heats up the water. The sauna takes more time to warm up when temperatures are bellow 0, so you need to turn it one a few hours before wanting to use it.

The location was really nice, close to nature, yet quite close to the main road as well (a bit steep to get there, depending on how you’re traveling). The dome was really cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchenette was really useful. Nice touch with the complementary bottle of wine. :) Would definitely return when it’s not that rainy to enjoy the nature at its fullest.

It's absolutely amazing house! The owner met us upon arrival and showed around. Was very kind and welcoming. It felt like we arrived to a beautiful museum turned into a house. All at the same time super cozy, clean and comfortable. There is everything you can think of for a great stay, including fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, and comfortable beds for great sleep. And it has such an incredible vibe, that just can't be felt or passed through pictures. One of the best stays I've ever had with Booking! We really want to come back.

The place is nice and clean, and it was very warm. The host is very accommodating. She made a fire for us, and cooked us delicious fish(which was also cheap). She also made us pancakes for free. They were delicious.

The breakfast was fabulous, Our host was very kind and helpful. Even that we arrived a little late, we were offered dinner at reasonable price. The site is at a perfect location in the mountains.

Everyone who knows should go.

Everyone who knows should go. It's beautiful, divine cuisine, the landscape is magical, the prices are friendly, it's not crowded, it's not overcrowded yet, there are no crowds, the people are friendly. I can only recommend it!!!!!! A nearby restaurant with cheap and very good cuisine. Unfortunately it was not long, we had a great time.
