They went out of their way for a very unusual request I made when I asked the staff to buy a special book for me that I wouldn’t have been able to get myself during my visit. Great accommodation with excellent access to the historic city center. You can leave your car here safely – the parking area is monitored by a camera system – and explore everything on foot. Excellent prompt communication with the hotel staff led to a very pleasant stay at a great location right by the National Museum. Unfortunately the museum was closed on Monday when I was going to visit it so perhaps the next time. I did not pay for breakfast ahead of time planning to look around for a cozy bakery nearby instead but after having taken a morning stroll and not having found anything better I came back to the hotel for breakfast and paid for it right there. Among other things the room had an electric kettle and a nice coffee machine, a bottle of water was also provided so I had what I needed for tea, coffee and just pure hydration. The shower is very nice featuring a large rain shower head with generous soft water flow and a handheld shower head.

The hotel is very well located. Even though it's on a pedestrian street, its just a minute walk away from the main road. Staff were kind, courteous and helpful throughout. The rooms were neat and clean, housekeeping was good. Even the kettle was spick and span which is a rare occurrence in Europe. Breakfast was great too with ample choices, great taste and vegan options. Once you step out you're a few minutes walk away from the attractions. There are multiple dining options nearby as well as convenience stores and cafes.
