Excellent experience end to end: - I had to change dates of my stay due to flight cancellation, staff helped me to move it one day ahead without taking an extra fee (thank you, I really appreciate it). - Hotel organized the night transfer from the Belgrade airport for a very reasonable fee. - Location is probably the best in town. - Good spacy room, good breakfast, overall an excellent experience. I totally recommend it to other travellers and will for sure come back. P.S. There's a good cocktail bar nearby, Sobaka s Rukoi, very much recommended!

That place is a dream. Two big jacuzzis and a pool by the beautiful Danube. And A jacuzzi in your room if you booked one of these. You can literally watch the Danube from your jacuzzi inside your room or outside almost above it. So beautiful, especially at sunset or sunrise (you do not see the sun but the light, the birds, …). Also, the staff is so friendly and professional. Thank you so much Radovan, Jean, Vuk, Vesna…you really were all amazing. There is no doubt that this is one of the very best place I have ever stayed for that price. I wish you all the best.

Beautiful vibrant city, lots to see and do, different cultures and religions meeting there for centuries shaping Novi Sad into rich cultural centre that offers something for everyone. Great food and welcoming people.

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult...

It's a nice city, but unfortunately almost every adult smokes and most cafes don't enforce a non-smoking policy. I unfortunately stayed in the centre of Stari Grad where all the loud bars and clubs are and there is no real legal policy on noise pollution. I honestly don't know how people live here full time. Due to this, I had to stay in a lot of other places on the weekends (+ I also visited Belgrade on occassion). This meant I could (hopefully) get some quality sleep. But having said this, I didn't get to fully explore the city and all it has to offer but the main area of Stari Grad is very nice culturally and a nice place to walk. I also think the river should be more accessible with nice paths alongside it. It's either a main stretch of busy road or once you hit a certain place it's blocked off and you have to pay the beach venue to access it which is a shame.

Novi Sad comes alive at night, lots of bars, restaurants etc. We were lucky and arrived when there was live music at the fortress (free) and the once a month night market ( first Friday of the month, 6-12) where we sampled lots of local homemade produce. Fortress is wonderful. Huge site, free to wander. Museum was interesting.

Novi Sad is an atmospheric city, but should be avoided in the hot summer because it can be crazy hot over there. City Center has a lot of bars and restaurants, view of the Danube is really good. Recommend.

Top City, however too much anti-govt activity going on Not good for Tourism, road blocks in the middle of the day was not well thought out. Definetely put a dampner on our visit which was otherwise really great visiting some less volatile places outside the city center.

The apartment is really nice, far from the city center tho, but Taxi from center is 5 euros only so it's fine. It's clean and comfortable. Wifi is working good, you can work from there if you are working online. Also, I would like to emphasize hospitality and that they did not cancel our booking - because massive protest took place in Novi Sad that day and everyone raised prices of apartments - they gave us good instructions and it was really great.

Wonderful hotel in a historical place of the city! Located in a fortress on the high bank of the Danube, with an unforgettable view of Novi Sad. Authentic hotel atmosphere, very rich breakfast. Two wonderful restaurants directly next to the hotel. Everything makes your stay at the hotel extremely comfortable! Comfortable bed and good quality bed linen! I recommend it for a holiday for a few days!

Hotel staff were polite and I was greeted with the smile.Lovely hotel with amazing location. Very good parking and great size room. Air conditioning was the best from all hotels that I have stayed in. I was even offered from reception lady help to carry my drinks to the room. Beautiful hotel in the stunning city worth visiting. They also offer smoking and non smoking rooms options.😃

One of the bests stays in Novi Sad I had so far. The host is very kind, helpful and the apartment has absolutely everything you need, and more. The location is superb, the inside is modern (very functional) and very clean. Truly an amazing place, with some great views over the city. I would recommend the place to everyone coming to Novi Sad :)

Hotel is very comfortable and in a perfect location to explore the city. Walking distance to the Name of Mary Catholic Church, and about 20 minutes walk to the Petrovardin Fortress. A great place to stay a few days in Novi Sad
