Akira is spotless — from the rooms to the beddings and gardens, everything is beautifully maintained. The peaceful atmosphere makes it perfect for relaxation. But what truly stood out for me was the staff — every single one of them was kind, helpful, and genuinely happy in their work. Melissa, Carmen, and Delta at the reception made me feel so welcome every day, while Chef Stanley and Alex turned breakfast into a delightful experience with amazing food and great service. Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips
