Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips

Great Hotel near the airport, lovely staff and tasty food. The shuttle service from the airport worked perfectly even though I arrived at 1am. The room was cozy and clean, including a balcony, mosquito net, little fridge, iron... They also offer a city tour which I recommend to get an idea of the city.

I liked everything - most specially I liked the staff who were always pre-empting any needs. The views from the porch were wonderful, the proximity to downtown was advantageous, and the city was so clean, orderly, safe & green. Trees everywhere, it is even difficult to see other parts of the city because it is covered by green.
