Room size is exceptional. Nice, clean and quality rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apart from fridge, microwave, caffe machine and all standard stuff, they have, everything for cooking, eating in. Recommend! I would stay again.

Some of the nicest friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered. I stayed in my room most of my duration and had dnd on the door. The staff would see me in the hallway and always ensure I didn't need anything for my room. Abul-Khair went out of his way to clean my room that extra little bit to a 5 star level. The food was excellent and everyday was something different for breakfast with fresh filter coffee. The manager- Raju went out of his way to greet every guest with a handshake and ensure their meal was to their liking. He even cooked my eggs. Room service was above what I expected. Great taste. Seafood pasta was amazing for room service. The value for money was the same as fast food but real healthy food. I would definitely stay here again given the chance. Facilities are also good with a well equipped gym with half floor yoga matts and standing boxing bags. The pool was always well kept and clean. My room was great and the bed was as comfy as home. Shower was a great temperature... As hot as you needed. Just what a seafarer needed after a long trip offshore.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel & Apartments in Dammam Industrial City, and I must say, the breakfast service was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into the dining area, I was welcomed by a warm and attentive team. The breakfast spread was generous, fresh, and thoughtfully curated to cater to a wide range of tastes. Whether you're in the mood for a traditional Middle Eastern breakfast or prefer more continental options, there was no shortage of choices. Freshly baked breads, croissants, and pastries were beautifully displayed, and the made-to-order egg station was a particular highlight – perfectly prepared to individual preferences. Special mention to the Reception staff — especially the lady I think was named Zahra, who assisted me upon arrival. Her professionalism and politeness were outstanding, as was the service provided by the entire hotel team. who constantly ensured to make sure guests had everything they needed. Overall, Radisson Dammam Industrial City goes beyond the standard hotel.
