This hotel is incredibly peaceful and excellent in every way. The staff’s responsiveness is outstanding, and their service is prompt. The internet connection is very strong, making it perfect for work or personal use. A special mention goes to Abdullah Ghanem, who was extremely professional, polite, and always smiling and cheerful. Akram was also exceptional and provided top-notch service. I highly recommend staying here. The prices are very affordable compared to the location and nearby hotels. Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.

Staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating. Yusuf, Raju, Ali took great care. Location was great 10-15mins to the Haram or Train station. Taxis were readily available. Souqs, laundry, restaurants and multiple masajid within walking distances.
