The location was great very close the haram, especially for my mom she can’t walk for long distance.it was my first omra with my family the overall experience was excellent.the rooms with the view of the haram that was amazing. We also enjoyed the breakfast every day during our stay.the staff were amazing very helpful approachable and hardworking. We also tried the dinner in the restaurant the food was good and the service is excellent.Again, the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Receptionists were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. There is a “mall” inside the hotel where you can find souvenirs and other things for a good price. Free bus shuttle from hotel to haram and viceversa, the bus departs every 10 - 15 minutes // 24-7. Just fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay there.
