Everything, from start to finish was absolutely incredible. Everyone, from the bag porters, to the reception desk helpers, to the waiters at the restaurant, were all exceptional. We had an amazing stay in this hotel. everything was perfect from the amazing receptionist (Khulood & Rawan) who were very helpful and kind, they made sure that we are having a good stay by calling us from time to time to check on us if we needed anything, to the restaurant staff who were very friendly, welcoming and keen to serve us at any time.
