Came from London and Stayed with my two children. Was such a lovely stay. This was more comfortable than some of the 5 star hotels we stayed in. So much space, my kids loved it. Apartment had everything we could have wished for. Everything was emaculate, spotless and clean. Facilities were perfect. Staff and management were very kind. Prices were very reasonable, and taxis to Masjid Al Nabawi can be taken from next to the Residence for very Cheap. It was like staying in a 5 Star hotel but for Quarter of the price. Perfect for families. Highly Recommended.

I was very pleased with the pricing and the excellent service provided by the staff, especially the two brothers, Inaam, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately can not recall. Abdullah at the front desk was exceptionally polite and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Ghulam, our server, who was exceptionally kind and hospitable. The shuttle bus service was also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
