Check in/out time is very convenient. 12noon-12noon. Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. This chalet have 2 living room and a bedroom. 2 bathroom, 1 in the bedroom and another one is located outside. Outside pool and chilling area. BBQ pit and speaker is provided but you have to ask for the staff assistant. Value for money. This place is good for small pax. 10 person or less. Overall, I am a satisfied customer. In shaa Allah will return again.

Salam. This is our second stay at the hotel. Our first night was here before we drove to Medina. We decided to come back on our return because we loved it. The location of the hotel is excellent and quiet. My family and I have enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere inside the hotel. We arrived and our room was not ready. However, the two gentlemen at the reception upgraded our room with no charge. We waited downstairs with the musical sound of the water fountain. It was quiet and relaxing. Then one of the receptionists came to us with a smile and and said that the director would like to offer us a free supper while our suite is being ready. An excellent customer service. It shows class and how much they care about their customers and their comfort. The restaurant manager is very welcoming and the food is yummy and excellent. The parking is available and our car was shaded.
