Throughout our stay the staff was really welcoming, friendly and professional. Always looking to enhance our experience. The concierge, the servers at breakfast and the housekeeping staff on our floor, Mr. Bodi and Mr Rabbi. The day of our check-in we arrived quite early in the morning and forgot to mention it in our reservation. Despite it, the deskman working at the reception that day, Mr Jihad found us rooms in less than an hour.

One of the best hotels I stayed at between Mekkah and Madina, they stand out for their customer orientation as hotels here are extremely busy and they rarely focus on individuals to make them feel special but here they do, they follow up. My room was overlooking Haram Nabawi, the best view I have ever had, they basically accommodated my requests as much as they could. Breakfast was super delicious though the hotel is 4 stars, the breakfast was definitely 5 stars, excellent service as well. Special thanks to concierge, reception staff Lama and guest services and manager on duty on 21/12 evening. I highly recommend this hotel from a frequent traveller and guest relations manager in one of the top 5 stars hotel in Europe.
