Very underestimated property! View from the room and restaurant is gorgeous! Waking up every day to the sound of waves, lots of birds and flying foxes, very green area, like jungle. Staff are super nice and welcoming, very accommodating and responsive and helpful . Food is good, hotel is clean and new, 2 min to the amazing beach, local restaurant and shops.

Very comfortable apartments, newly build with all the facilities in the walking distance to shops, cafe, take aways and the most beautiful beach on Mahe. Exceptionally helpful and caring staff, Christine in particular. Daily cleaning, they also offer very well organised excursions. We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Royal Suites, highly recommended.

It was simply amazing. One of the most beautiful places I've ever been to, with one of the most amazing views. The room was perfect, the pool area is really nice too, and overall it is a perfect place to stay when visiting Seychelles. I would come back in a heartbeat!

The Apartments are exactly as shown in the photos: new, comfortable, modern and extremely clean. The garden and pool area is perfectly maintained by Raj, all the staff is welcoming and really polite. Even if the hotel doesn’t have his own beach you can reach really beautiful beaches by walk or by car in just 5 minutes. Very close to a small centre were you can find nice restaurants and supermarkets. The management is really well organised and managed to make us stay couple of hours more in the apartment. From the beginning till the end an incredibly pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Lovely beaches. Great food. Car hire is worthwhile. Easy to drive around the island. You can just park up and wander down to the most exquisite beaches. Takamaka rum distillery was worth a visit. Also we hired a boat and did some fishing and snorkelling. Be aware of the sun. It's easy to get burnt

Anse Royale is a beach that can be divided into attractive and less attractive parts. I have seen more beautiful beaches, but in Seychelles there is a lot of competition among beaches, so Anse Royale has a difficult task 😊. It is, at least in part, one of the most beautiful beaches I have visited on Mahe.

We found this to be our perfect area!

We found this to be our perfect area! Not far from the airport and capital Victoria, you have all the needed amenities nearby and of course, the beach is superb! Why that beach? Well, the water is always clear and calm, even during higher winds since the big waves don’t reach it and it’s not that much affected from the low/high tides. Good snorkling options everywhere.

We were visiting for a conference and stayed for 2 nights. Everybody was extremely kind, room was large and well equipped and clean, our stay was really pleasant. Only problem, until today I got no receipt for the bill I paid there when leaving - it was promised by email, and despite several attempts I did not get it yet. Not good for professional travelers.

It was a peaceful place, few shops including small supermarkets to get most things, there was a few restaurants including a good pizza take away. We also visited the Takamaka rum distillery which was very interesting and free admition.

Anse Royal by the sea shore is a bad place to stay! A noisy road goes along the shore and you find yourself just above it, which makes you awakened at 6 am. It is more comfortable to go more into the hills: ok, you would spend 5-20 min driving to reach you beloved beach, but you would sleep in silence, enjoy a swimming pool at the end of the day, and hear birds in the morning.

Great place especially for families (we traveled with two kids 3 and 6 years old). Everything is close - good takeways, shops, bus stop. And the Anse Royale beach is definitely one of the best in Seychelles for swimming as it is protected by a reef. Yes, there are many more picturesque, but here it's like in one big swimming pool. La Villa Therese is clean and spacious, everyone is always ready to help you.

The apartments are spacious and functional. The balcony is lovely with amazing views - with fruit bats flying nearby. Sophia is a wonderful host - always smiling and ready to assist. The location is perfect to explore South Mahe and the West coast - which in my view are the best parts of the island.

Spectacular views of Anse Royale. Comfortabel place to stay with generous public spaces around the house and garden. Very kind staff. Especially Kerek, the manager, was very helpful and caring. Happy to come back anytime!

Apartment meets my expectations. Very clean with all the necessities. The staff really takes care of us and listens to us. There are shops, a currency exchange office and a pharmacy right outside the hotel.
