We did not show up becaus our train got cancelled because of bomb alert. I phoned just to let them know that we would not show up knowing that the room was prepaid. Later the let us know we would not pay du to those exceptional circumsance. Amazing and trustable!

From arrival to departure, we were treated excellently. We arrived a bit late. Everything was closed, yet the girl at reception still organised some food for us. Thank you so much.

This was a lovely place to stay in. Easy check in and a cute little room with many thoughtful details like little sweets in the room. Also a cute little snackbar in the breakfast area with cakes and tea and savory snacks availble in the evenings and a possability to heat up own food. And the cherry on the top was the amazing breakfast with waffels and everything you could wish for very nicely arranged. You can see they put their heart into this place.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, and the breakfast had everything you might wish for. There were also lots of nice additional touches: homemade cake for guests in the afternoon, coffee and tea available round the clock, sauna, lovely roof terrace, and games/books to borrow.

A completely renovated interior. With good taste and high quality. We are lucky to stay only two(actually on our silver-honeymoon) in such a large and comfortable villa and with absolutely all the possible facilities. A very large ultra-modern kitchen area gives us a lot of joy. The queen-bed bedroom was also fantastic. Free parking for car and safe place for our ebikes on the entrance porch. Övik (as locals shorten Örnsköldsvik) it's a nice, bike friendly city.
