This hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise, since I didn’t expect much based on the pictures. Yes, the room is very small, but it’s so comfy! The mattress and the pillows are perfect, it’s so quiet in the hotel that you can spend the whole day in bed comfortably. You can open a window in the room, which is rare for Stockholm hotels. But the biggest plus of this hotel is breakfast, probably the best I ever had in a hotel. Everything is right temperature and very tasty, huge selection for a small hotel like this. Lots of gluten free and healthy options and amazing deserts, including candies and cakes. I didn’t see any children around while I was staying there, probably because the rooms are too small to stay with kids, which gives you an additional bonus of peace and quiet at breakfast and in the hotel in general. The stuff is very nice and helpful, I asked for a kettle and they immediately brought it to my room. Considering how awful most of the hotels are in Stockholm (from my experience), this was a hidden gem.

Absolutely loved the complete breakast. SO MANY CHOICES!!! And the latte/cappucino machine was spot on. We could refill our empty reusable water bottles before heading off for the day. Right next door to the metro and a hop skip jump to Gamla Stan.

I booked for my mother’s birthday and it exceeded every expectation. The building itself is stunning, a historic property that has been beautifully refurbished. The service was outstanding. The team even left a note for my mother’s birthday, and everyone, especially Lydia and Helena, though every member of the team went out of their way to make our stay special. A small issue in one bathroom (some flooding in a shower), was immediately solved and the staff even offered to move us to another room at no cost. That kind of care makes all the difference. What makes the hotel even more special is how full of life it feels, with local families coming for lunch and dinner, adding to its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

It is nice place, in quiet area, really helpful staff. Would recommend to add tea and oil, because there was coffee, but not tea. if want to cook, would be great to have some oil. and missing lid for pan. the rest was really great. Thanks!

Very comfortable place, good location and amazing staff. It's the second time I stay at Cityliving- Umami and I had all support from Ludimila and speacially Kim, who is always ready to help and assist, a real gentleman.

The hotel was very helpful in getting all information out to me before I arrived. They communicated via WA and email, so there was never any issue I would accidentally miss the information needed. They also included additional info on the surrounding areas and how to get around the place. The room was clean and so comfortable. I loved that they provided comcast! The metro was a 5 min walk and the train, tram and bus station a mere 10min walk. I would stay here again definitely.

Super cozy, fresh, clean and inviting! The host was super welcoming and very eager to help you if you had any questions! I was by my own most of the time, which was respected, which I really appreciate! Area was close to Rissne subway station, which you can take a bus to with only 2 stations to pass. All around, very nice place to stay if you aim to be around the Sundbyberg area!

Excellent location with direct link to Stockholm City by metro and to the airport by bus. In immediate neighbourhood you supermarket, restaurants and other stores. Friends Arena and The Mall of Scandinavia are quite close by 4 tram stations. The area is safe and clean. The hotel personnel is friendly and always ready to help. Exceptional breakfast!
