From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the wonderful receptionists, and the surprise welcome drink and letter for my parents left me speechless. They were overjoyed and in tears . I, their daughter , planned this Scandinavian trip for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Stockholm was our final stop and Ruth hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in past 2 weeks! I myself travel a lot for work and have stayed many hotels but the quality of the breakfast is amazing too. 10 points out of 10 is not enough.

It is a kind of empty phrase to state that the staff was friendly and did it best to help, because there are places where even with the best intentions of the staff the service remains poor. Not here. Already the standard service offered was excellent, and the staff not only tried to help, but actually did. The additional services, such as early check-in and the like, meant immense increase in comfort in the given situation.

If you want a "treat yourself" moment, this is it. Truly one if the best accommodation experiences I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Ett Hem was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived I felt like I was important, but not overwhelmed by obligation. To the moment I left, and beyond, I felt like I was at home. I can't say enough great things about the wonderful people who work there to make the stay perfect. It's not accommodation. It's an experience. And one that I will never forget. Also, please indulge in dinner at Ett Hem, because it is out of this world. You can customise it as you wish, or if you are undecided like me, just accept their recommendations because they really know what they are doing.

Nice , clean, host friendly staff, ready to provdie all expected. Breakfast sufficient, a bit rush morning hours between 7 and 8 but all I needed was there. The hotel staff is wonderful. They listened to all requests and fulfilled all wishes. The hotel itself is very beautiful, full of art pieces, and the breakfast is excellent. I would like to thank you for the music that was playing in the restaurant - it's pleasant to the ear and creates a very good atmosphere. I know I will come back here again.
