Owner of the hotel is great. My kolegue need gluten free breakfast and they prepare everything. Breakfast was perfect and so delicious and fresh, everything was there. Owner was very helpful and nice. They packed our last breakfast to go and drobe us to the station. Room was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely come again. Thank you for everything.

Oldish and goldish. It's a family hotel, and the woman owner is extremely hospitable. The equipment is from the previous century, but all is well maintained, and clean, the room is spacious, with a balcony and 3 windows. Even with the balcony on the main road, there is no noise from the road. Breakfast is sufficient with local stuff, eggs from your wish, and other local delights. Just across the thermal park and you can get discount tickets here.

The Hotel Ajda is part of a larger complex. However, during our stay, it was not overcrowded. The staff is everywhere extremely friendly and helpful - from receptionists and staff in the restaurants up to the cleaning personnel. Due to the extension of our stay, we need to change the room. We forgot the massage device in the first room, and Mrs. Edita at reception helped us to find it again. Thanks! The rooms are large and nicely equipped. Currently, they have reconstruction works that do not affect the guests' stay. The room price also includes the use hotel's fitness, as well as the use of the swimming pools of Hotel Ajda (8-20h), Hotel Termal (6-20h) and the entire complex of Terme 3000 (9-21h). The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the food choices are diverse.

Perfect facility. Stayed with the family, 2 adults and 2 kids, in a newly renovated bungalow. Everything was just perfect. The greenery all around, neat and very clean place, can see that the management takes a good care. Breakfast excellent, not wasting like other hotels, yet you find variety of fresh meal including seafood and ice-cream which our kids just loved. Hotel staff very polite and welcoming. Proximity to aqua park just perfect. Appreciate half board package with water parks, pools and sauna included. Overall we liked the quality and the price ratio being offered. Greatly recommend to those having kids, but also excellent for extended family, including grandparents who will appreciate the service, cleanness and thermal spa.

Check in and check out were swift and the host was very friendly. The breakfast selection was surprisingly varied for the size of the hotel. The location is at an airport a bit out of town so it's super quiet overnight. Though the rooms are compact, the corridor area is setup as a kind of living room with chairs and club tables which the guests can share.

Staff was very professional and at the same time super friendly. Hotel was almost empty so we were lucky enough to have the spa to ourselves. The receptionist was very helpful, showing us around and explaining the facilities. Would highly recomend.
