It is a modern, clean and spacious apartment with a wonderful porch in the back. I can absolutely recommend this place either for one night on the way through or for longer stays to relax. The area is wonderfully quiet and the host, who speaks several languages, is very friendly. If I ever come close to Maribor again and need a place overnight I will try to go there.

This is my second time staying at Rooms Kaj & Kaja in Maribor, and it’s just as wonderful as before. The place is cozy, spotless, and really comfortable. We stayed only one night, it is around 20min away from the motorway, but it is worth to drive here. The rooms are very big, with everything that you need and pretty clean. The view is spectacular. There is a big parking lot, a restaurant and playground for the kids. The breakfast is excellent and very diverse, with imediat refill if something is finished. All staff are very nice and helpful. Also, there is a restaurant a la carte in the hotel, with excellent food, drinks and deserts. The restaurants opens at 18 o’clock, but in the lobby you can find fruits and limonade at your disposal. I find this very thoughtful for the guests. We really enjoyed our stay here and for sure we will come back for some extra days.
