It is a lovely combination of culture and hiking. - There is a lot to do in every season - hiking, biking or skiing just to name a few. - You can also visit the museum of Orava village and cave Brestova. While it may be small, the space is quiet, clean, and cozy. The kitchenette and small bathroom are convenient features. The balcony offers a nice view of the mountains. 5-minute walk to the groceries and restaurants. A good starting point for hiking and backcountry/alpine skiing in Western Tatras (Roháče Spálená). We had a warm welcome from the owner. Our room had cute furniture in a traditional slovak style. Bed materess and sheets were very comfy. Kitchen was also very well equipped, we even had a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with coffee capsules in the room.
