Very cozy hotel. The room is not big, but it is comfy and pleasant. Terrace with a great view. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is decent, not very varied and plentiful, but with quality products. The hotel has a great location, you can't ask for more.

Modern and equipped for comfort. Easy parking across the street, loading area in front of hotel. Breakfast with many varieties. Slippers in room. Very clean. Happy and welcoming staff. Beautiful view from room and its balcony (we asked for one that does not face the office building next door)

Room was very well sized. Bathroom was clean and had toiletries. Staff were lovely and accommodating and were able to speak enough english to get by. The restaurant was great, providing delicious food. Breakfast was good, mainly sweet things but everything was fresh and yummy. Location was a 2 min walk to the cable cart.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We parked our car at their other hotel and a porter helped us take our luggage a 5 min walk to the titiano. The hotel is situated, as is all of the inner city of san Marino, on A very steep incline. The hotel itself is fabulous, on multi levels with a great restaurant on their upper terrace. Views are amazing. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful with everything from croissants, cakes pastry,fruits, breads, meats and cheeses. Location to all of the sights was excellent with numerous restaurants nearby.
