The hotel was very clean, very comfortable beds and good furniture, the bathrooms were clean. The staff was extremely helpful and all of them had a big smile on their faces. We stayed for a night but would have loved to stay more. Also, the hotel is in the middle of everything that is worth seeing.

So friendly and nice personnel, very cosy, comfortable, clean. The feeling is that it's a family run hotel (I think that really is) and as soon as we entered the reception we had a feeling of being a part of it. Location in the old city center as close as possible to main square and at the same time just a few min walk from parking (P6 or P7).Without any doubt one of the best stays we've ever had.

Room was very well sized. Bathroom was clean and had toiletries. Staff were lovely and accommodating and were able to speak enough english to get by. The restaurant was great, providing delicious food. Breakfast was good, mainly sweet things but everything was fresh and yummy. Location was a 2 min walk to the cable cart.
