Maison Fimela was the perfect place to end our trip to Senegal. It is nestled in a stunning location, the food was superb and the staff (including Chloe) were all hugely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Stuff is very friendly and helpful, we arrived in late evening so the kitchen was closed but they had no problem to do something to eat for us despite the hour. There is a restaurant with a wide options of food, swimming pool, a bar and open dinning area. The place is clean and comfortable especially for the local standards. It's suprising to see a place that nice in a small and non touristic town like Fatick.

The owners were very welcoming as well as the staff. The hotel is just the right size with its 13 rooms. Food was quite good and Rena the owner offered us a digestif drink and joined us to drink it, it was very pleasant.

Sophie and Ousmane are great hosts! I felt immediately welcome and they helped to organize some activities on the island. It is an amazing place to relaxe and/or explore Mar Lodj! Would book any time again! You can also book dinner which is prepared by an amazing cook. I would recommend to do so.
