Amazing hotel central in Santa Ana. Area is very safe, we walked outside without problems. The personal was very welcoming, including Asmin the receptionist who was very helpful and spoke English well. Due to our schedule we had to have breakfast earlier than the set time, which they did without issue both days of our stay.

Location was very close to the main downtown centre like a 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops and bakeries. Just a walk away from the cathedral, the national theater. Also this hotel is about 30min drive to Lake coatepeque. And there is security on the premises. And love the bathroom walls all glass, it's a cool look.

Super friendly staff in an amazing colonial house with a courtyard full of tropical plants :) The room is nicer than it looks on picture, the bed confortable, the communal kitchen is very well equipped, the shared bathrooms very clean and the shower hot! Perfect stay, will come back for sure

Wow, the host was amazing! She was so easy-going, friendly and spoke perfect English. Firstly, we were offered to relocate to another hostel which was closer to the city (due to overbooking at original property), however this was clearly a better option, so we didn't reject it. The host drove us to the new hostel and gave plenty of suggestions on what to see and where to eat. She offered to rent a moped/motorcycle (very cheap) for us to travel to Santa Ana volcano and that was an amazing experience! Breakfast was included which was cooked by co-host in front of us - local eggs with beans. The beds were very comfortable and the room was pretty and new.

The staff (the owner, restaurant staff and the wine bar staff) were excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the check-in was great. Location is alright.
