Staff, location, room, breakfast, wifi and cleanliness all exceptional. The hotel is a two-minute walk to the beach and a ten-minute stroll to the Patong epicentre, Bangla Road. Whether you are passing through Patong on a short trip or staying longer, everything you need, such as a pharmacy, currency exchange and 7-11 is very close. The host can organise tours, motorbikes, laundry, etc, so you can maximise your time in Phuket. There were many different nationalities staying here, which made the breakfast conversations very interesting, and the host team's good nature ensured a nice, welcoming atmosphere. Totally recommend SJ Beach House.

Facilities are great and in low season, this hotel is a very good deal for what it has to offer. Breakfast was good, spa and swimming pool too. Only 5-6mins walk from Bang Tao beach. Staff was kind and helpful.

This is superb place to stay if you are in Patong area - from the start to the end the owner provided us with great hospitality,the room was big and clean, with the balcony with the view of the city, we loved the location- very close walking distance from the main streets for markets and restaurants, but still far from the noice and rush,which is here long in nights, so you have a quiet place to rest. Everything was amazing; the room, the shower, the air-conditioning BUT THE STAFF MADE THIS 10000X BETTER ! I would like to thank Scott for his kindness and for always checking on us that everything is smooth - we could just message him on whatsapp and he would just respond after a couple of minutes. And of course you have to try their amazing loaded fries and burgers since they are one the best I have ever had in the world. Location is 10/10 ! Just 2 roads down from Bangla Road and still very quiet. Everything is nearby 7 11, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants. Also since they did not have an elevator in the hotel, they always caried all of our luggages even it was 3 small steps ! THANK YOU SCOTT ♥️🙏🏻 these people running this business are very kind and always smiling 🙏🏻👍🤝
