The most attentive, friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met on my travels around the world. No matter what we needed, the hotel staff anticipated our wishes. Even when we needed help with a doctor or dentist visit, they proactively approached us and helped with everything. A warm thank you to all the hotel employees especially for the human recourses manager Jack. The rooms are equipped with new and modern furniture of good quality. Very good breakfast buffet. Nice roof top bar on the 25th floor to enjoy the sunset with happy hour drinks. Small but nice roof top pool on the 25th floor. Gym with new equipments on the 24th floor. Washing machine on the 24th floor. Cute outside area on the ground floor.

Wonderful place. Very comfortable beds, great showers, spotlessly clean, great pool and beautiful surroundings. The staff are so lovely and helpful and gave us a lift for our ferry. Highly reccomend and will hopefully be back before our flight home. Thank you Barong!

The young Thai family that own this resort have been excellent with my son including the staff all very nice and welcoming people.. also this resort looks better in real life photos look great but in reality it's nicer than the photos
