I cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the incredible hosts, Lily and Steve. They are truly the heart and soul of this paradise, going above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their hospitality is unmatched—thoughtful, friendly, and always ready with great recommendations to make the most of my time on the island. The residence itself was absolutely spotless. Every detail was carefully maintained, making it one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I have ever stayed during my travels around SEA. You can tell that Lily and Steve put so much love and effort into creating a peaceful and relaxing retreat. And the atmosphere—just magical. Whether I was lounging in the serene surroundings, enjoying the beauty of nature, or simply soaking in the calmness of the place, every moment felt like a dream. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The ratings for this place are absolutely deserved. The ladies who ran this small home stay were charming and spoke good English. We stayed 4 days and ate there about half the time, and every meal was really good - without exception. We enjoyed swimming off the deck in the mangrove at high tide, and made good use of the kayaks to explore the coastal area and into the mangrove. Great bird life. Very peaceful. This is the last house at the end of a lane so totally private location

Neeno hut is the exact Thailand gateway I was dreaming of. Location is in the middle of Bang Bao pier and area, close to the beach, to the diving centers, to 7/11 and food and still in a quiet and peaceful area. The bungalow was super clean and had everything I needed. Most importantly it had the hammock outside :) Just have to keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and that's why it's cheap. The hut (fan only one) is made from bamboo and as such isn't heat proof when the sun comes up, and isn't insect proof at all. It's a perfect solution for a solo traveller wanting a bit of peace and quiet and to enjoy the beach
