Flexibility of the staff was amazing. Our flight was delayed 4 hrs and we arrived 4am. We were welcomed greatly and provided with concierge service. Housekeeping always smiling and checking if we had everything we needed. Common kitchen was equipped with filtered water. The place is full of greenery and very quiet. There are great facilities inside the property and around, there are grocery stores, AIS, pharmacies, etc. as well as the food court. Special thank you to Orn, Break, and one more kind young lady 👍🙏

The friendliness on welcoming guests is wonderful. A family run hotel that does everything to make your stay comfortable. Their food is the best I have tasted in Thailand. It is maybe a little old but we all get old. Cleanliness was A plus. This will now be our hotel of choice to stay in whenever in Bangkok.
