Front desk lady. Was amazing ! Very helpful in every-way. She had the most amazing beautiful smile and personality. They accommodated everything I need , great breakfast and went above and beyond ! Very clean, well maintained, super friendly staff who were very accommodating. The location is far from the city but this is what I preferred. Hang Dong has a great food market and supermarket shops around, it's easy to get arpund if you have your own transport.
