Luxury at its best. We had the apartment with 10qm private pool which was great. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had Pa as our support almost 24 hours available via WhatsApp. She booked everything we asked for and organised anything we needed (dentist appointment). The beach is brilliant., so clear and private.

The beach is not perfect, but the lake is very very beautifull and its worth to canoe, its for free !! The best hotel to relax in the area !!! The sweaming pool is a dream !! The dinner was cheap. The stuff is very very friendly. No mass tourism !!! Everything was so relaxing, very calm, like private atmosphere. Soooo nice!! It is the best hotel in the area. One of the best hotels I ever had in the world. The breakfast was also perfect. For that price one of the best hotels I ever had. It´s not central, so its better if you have a car, but this was what we were looking for. For sure we will come again !!!!! : ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

If you want to visit a clean beach for swimming and water activities, this is not a good option. there was plastic and other rubbish every where, both on shore and in the water. The resorts locally are lovely though and still worth staying at. We stayed at Santhiya and it was wonderful. The best thing about this area is it is not overcrowded and the locals are lovely

Very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it. The room was tall and had all the facilities you need and the pool and beach area is nice. But for going there you have to cross a public road with lots of traffic. But the worst thing was the food. All our food experiences during our whole stay there was just unacceptable. When we told our complains at the first Dinner to the waitress (the tiger prawns were like gummy the rest was more ore less tasteless) she just said ‚ok‘, left and didn’t come back for a long time. The breakfast offers many different food options but mostly weak quality and poor taste. There is an egg station where they offer also poached egg. When I ordered one, it was (pre-cooked) picked out of a plastic box in the fridge and served cold; the omelette Thai style was disgusting - really not what you expected in a 5* Hotel. If you’re staying at the resort anyway, you should eat outside the hotel,for example at Natai Seafood.

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the...

The purpose to stay at Natai beach was to be closer to the airport after spending more time further north. Luckily it was only one night. At best it is a three star Ressort. Needs urgent renovation, breakfast is very basic, fitness room is a joke, the price level impacts ‚atmosphere‘… no way I would spend my vacation at such a place. Beach was ok, pool was sizable, staff was lovely, room had a good size … on the positive side

Loved our stay here due to the peace and quiet of the area. Hotel was peaceful. Enjoyable breakfast selection from their menu, nice drinks by the pool with views of the beach. Room with its pool and spa bath was spacious eithe everything you’d need. Service was attentive and friendly, be sure to try the romantic dinner on the beach for a memorable experience. We also had a soothing spa treatment for two hours with massage and facial and booked the half day private tour to James Bond Island and the surrounding areas.

Amazing entrance to the hotel. Met by staff who transported us to our rooms via a golf buggy. Very easy check in process. Pool area was lovely and clean. Hot springs and cold plunge pool were great.
