The room was new and very clean. Stayed in a Superior Deluxe Double, so the size of the room was large and spacious. The was refurbished to western standards. Though it was a guest house (not hotel), it was a nice change from a large hotel. For the Americans/westerners looking at this accommodation, it's a guesthouse (not hotel) so think of it as a bed & breakfast - rooms are upstairs and open eating area is downstairs. Location wise it was quiet and a few minutes (5-7min) walk to the night markets. I would definitely stay there again.

The service and room were perfect. They helped us reserve tickets and a popular restaurant. The breakfast Pad Thai was incredibly delicious, even better than at restaurants outside. On the last day, we encountered flooding, but the hotel staff informed us in advance to check out early and even refunded one night’s stay. The entire trip was completely stress-free!

The service was fantastic. A big thank you to Nam Wan, Dream and Pon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay in Chiang Mai so memorable and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was delicious and value for money. Nice new hotel with great facilities. Just opposite the hotel is a small restaurant with tasty and affordable food and there's also a small grocery shop nearby.
