I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

The location in the rice paddies with views of the mountains surrounded by pure nature.. The family room was comfortable and everyone slept very well. Gorgeous views all around and the saltwater pool which we always had to ourselves. The property was well maintained and tastefully decorated throughout, the lotus ponds were beautiful. We had three evening meals in the restaurant and the Thai food was delicious and good value. Breakfasts were good and plentiful food. We had two wonderful day trips within easy drive of the resort, the first to sticky falls and the second rafting and to the tea plantations.

I could not have had a better time staying at Le Cocotier. Where to start? The location is stunning (big garden amidst picturesque countrysides) and everything I've had in the restaurant was truly perfect. But the best of all has to be the staff! Mai and the rest of the team have been nothing short of amazing - he has a ton of knowledge about the region, and I had the opportunity to go for a pleasant mtb ride with him. I will come back here, no doubt! Thanks for everything!

Nested in a wonderful garden. Convenient location to visit the area on daily tours. It is an oldish resort which may need some renovation. Bar and restaurant were closed at the time of our stay. The few people from the staff were extremely kind and helpful.
