Very good location, big rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Good shower. Very beautiful and good-smelling lobby. Excellent coffee machine in breakfast room, where you could choose your favourite. Delicious and fresh breakfast, beautiful restaurant. 24h hour bar and pool table.

The location is incredibly convenient. I could easily access the Impact Arena by walking through the skywalk on the hotel's second floor. What's great is that this skywalk is roofed, so even if the weather isn't cooperating, it won't be a problem. The hotel's café also offers delicious food. Moreover, the hotel's decor is tailored to match the ambiance of concerts at the Impact Arena. This makes it a top choice for concert-goers visiting the Impact Arena in Bangkok.

The location was good but the condition of the place was...

The location was good but the condition of the place was very bad. There was a water leak somewhere in the hall or outside and water was all over the floor in the bedroom (too much to mop up with the provided towel. You had to wear shoes and had to keep your belongings on the bed.) Everything in the bathroom was leaking. The toilet didn’t flush. There was water everywhere (you couldn’t sit down) and urinal cakes in the sink (it smelt disguising). It would be much better to stay a little further from the airport at a more clean location.
