Loved our stay here! The room was ready earlier than expected which was great as we had an early arrival - the bungalow was gorgeous and the pool area was the cutest place to chill out. Everything was exceptional, especially the staff! They went out of their way every time to make sure everything you had everything you needed. On our check-out our transport came to pick us up earlier than stated and left without us before we got to the reception, rest-assured the staff at Thai Thai Sukhothai resort made sure they made all the arrangements to make sure we made it on our bus and even sorted out a tuktuk for us. I totally recommend here and would definitely come back!!

We loved the location, because we wanted to visit the Sukhothai Historical Park. That is why this hotel was perfect for us. We also got the bikes at the hotel for free, which we then used to discover this beautiful site. The staff was very helpful and nice. They arranged transportation to the bus station for us and at the end we even received a gift. Would definitelly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property, it is very well landscaped and felt very peaceful. The greenery added a particular charm to this location and it was very close to the historical park, we opted to walk there which took 20 minutes, you can also hire bicycles which would make this quicker. We enjoyed our massages here and the food was very good. The room was very well decorated and comfortable and our terrace overlooked a pond which was particularly nice to enjoy a morning coffee. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

For the price, this is a good option. Its located near to the night street market, which we liked, but the town itself does not have a lot to offer in terms of eating and attractions. The historical area is 12km away, 20 mins in a tuktuk 150 baht..... so if you choose here, plan to spend most of your day in the historical part and eat around there too. We noted some of the rooms said cleanliness was not up to standard but our room was fine. There was discolouration on the tiles and wear and tear in the bathroom which may give the impression of looking unclean, but it was ok. The staff are pleasant and helpful, they found us a lovely tuktuk lady who we used to get us around. If you hire a bike, choose the bike hire on the corner before you enter the historical park, its 30baht. Inside the park they are 4 x the price

    Sukhothai is an off-the-beaten-path, worthwhile historical area of Thailand—less touristy than other sites, but also more economically challenged. We enjoyed our two-night stay, which felt like just the right amount of time for us.

    Sukhothai was my second stop having left Ayutthaya.

    Sukhothai was my second stop having left Ayutthaya. I chose Sukhothai to get the option of exploring its cultural and historical sites. There is so much to see. however, it was hot, very hot and I wasn't able to see everything I wanted. So I guess I'll just have to stop by this wonderfully chilled town again in the future. This is not a party town, this is not what I was looking for, what I found though gave me every reason to want to go back and see more. Highly recommend Poo restaurant which was close to my accommodation. Enjoy your stay, but do be careful of the heat should you take one of the many tours available.

    My hotel was close to the Historical Park so I was able to...

    My hotel was close to the Historical Park so I was able to visit before 8am, meaning it was not too hot nor crowded. The free tram in the park was quite helpful, but I didn't feel as though I was doing too much walking because the ruins are so interesting, and close together. I ate at Trip Advisor's top 2 restaurants. Chanda's was close to my hotel and although the Pad Thai wasn't the best in my opinion, it was good enough. For some reason it was closed on the Sunday so I tried Phum Phor, which is one of the nicest places I've ever eaten at. Not cheap, but reasonable for such an upmarket looking place. I was given a free appetizer while checking the menu, and free cookie with my milk drink.

    Very simply if you are looking for somewhere off The beaten track a little and reasonably quiet then this place is absolutely perfect. If you are interested in spending a day or two travelling around looking at remnants that date back to the year 1300 and this place is a must. If this doesn't interest you then possibly it's not a place to visit. FYI Hire a driver and buggy to take you around the ruins. Cost me 800 baht for about 5 hours and our lady guide was fantastic. You can find her on the left just before the entrance to the National Park

    Interesting town with amazing temples to visit.

    Interesting town with amazing temples to visit. A paid part as well as some sites accessible without payment. We went to the historical park and rented bikes there to easily get around to all the different sites within the park. All very close together and my kids loved biking around. In Sukhothai there are some cute eateries with great food, we went to Lom & Fom kitchen and enjoyed some good meals surrounded by cute kitties. We also had our laundry done at one of the laundry places, there are a few. Great and fast service.

    The little houses are very cute. I was welcomed with a glass of juice and banana chips that were delicious. The bedding was comfortable. Ladies, be aware that there is no blow drier. The hotel is located in New Sukhothai, only a 15’ walk from the bus station or a 5’ drive. HOWEVER, it is located 14km away from the Historical Park where all the ruines are and the hotel doesn’t offer bicycles to rent so you will need to book a taxi to the park then you can rent bicycles.

    I booked this hotel to join Sukhothai Marathon. Sukhotai natinal park was near here but I think we need to prepare own car. Near this hotel, there is no convenience store. It is better to prepare some snacks and drinks if you need. This hotel is very close to Wat Chang Lom. It is very impressed for me. The room was very compact, clean. And breakfast was good as well. If I have a chance to visit Sukhothai, here is one of candidates.

    Fantastic hotel located in Sukhothai old city. Everything was lovely, the room, the pool, the bathroom, everything. You can rent bikes here for 50 baht per day for the historical park. There are good restaurants within walking/biking distance. Really enjoyed our stay here.

    Beautiful relaxed place in a quiet leafy area. Lovely room, friendly smiley, helpful staff and great pool in a flowery garden! Amazing choice of buffet food for breakfast, all in all, a perfect base for exploring the ancient old city of Sukhothai.
