This is the best hotel we stayed in Thailand ever. It is beautiful and very well arranged with the nature. The hospitality experience is great. During the check-in we were informed we were receiving an upgrade and to be honest it saved us, considering the number of stairs... The stairs may be inconvenient in the beginning but then you get used to it. However it is not a good place for people with limited mobility. The cottages are cute and well arranged. The bed is very comfortable. The rooms are just pretty. There is a private, beautiful beach, well equiped. Many sunbeds available for guests, near to the swimming pool or/and the beach. The water is like a soup, very warm it was very relaxing to stay in the hotel and enjoy the nature. When you go there, you have to be prepared to eat in the hotel, it is not so close to the restaurants. However, the food is very tasty. The quality in the restaurant vs room service is the same, we were very happy with the food every time. The portions are decent. maybe it could be a bit more choices for a room service, because we ordered it a lot, as we had a small baby and were not that mobile. The staff was very helpful and they support the guests, they always help on the beach and also when we had to arrange a doctor it was smooth and quick. I am very surprised with this place in a good way, the best holiday for a long period of time. We feel like we will come back there next year or in two years. The only thing, people complaint about is breakfast and yes, there are not so many choices comparing to other hotels, however there is available breakfast alla carte too and you could order things are not freely available. Everything was tasty overall. The place is not the newest and the most modern place, however you cannot notice that, because it is very well maintained.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

The weather has been quite awful, so when we visited the beach it was overcast and the sea was choppy. On a sunny day with calmer seas it is probably a very different experience, but I have seen much nicer beaches.

Stunning beach within easy walking distance of the hotel. Very friendly local people about. Excellent resurants nearby. I felt very safe walking about on my own there. Busy road though, which you expect in Thailand. Just need to take great care crossing..

Surin easy access incl car park if you are self-driving. Plenty of sunlounges and shade on the beach. Baht100.00 for the day per sunlounge.. Plenty of food and drink options along the top of the beach, which I would say are generally safe to eat! Water is crystal clear and warm, no rubbish on the beach or in the water...

Nice quiet part of Phuket away from all the noise but near enough to get to quickly. Lots of small boutique restaurants, beach was clean and accessible. Just a very pleasant stay if you're looking for some family time without the hussle and bussle of the crazy busy areas!

Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket.

Surin Beach is the best beach in Phuket. There really is little argument on that score. As a "village/town" is don't have too much going for it as the road through the central bit is very busy and there aren't wide pavements to walk along. However, if you are willing to overlook this then you will find some real gems in and around Surin Beach. There are some really fabulous Thai restaurants and some amazing beach vendors. Some of the beach huts (not all!) would get Michelin Stars in my book. Cold beer, smoothies, fishcakes and satay are what holidays are made for. I would quite like a house there on the cliffs if I won the lottery.

Nice area, but I am not a beach person so I can't really judge. But lots of people were enjoying the beach and sunbathing. Plenty of chairs and shade. Plenty of food and drink options. Awesome sunsets.

Good location, in a quieter part of Phuket - not the Patong madness. However, you will need a car or bike to get to the beach, the walk is a bit much. Especially if you have kids. The resort is relatively new (opened just before COVID shut everything down for over 2 years), and so the facilities, furniture and fittings are new. The pools are amazing. Choose a room with a sea view and although it's distant sea views (not on the beach breaker views), you won't be disappointed. Would recommend it, and return...

It was an excellent stay. It was close to the beach, but there was a pool as well. The location was just perfect. There were near shops, restaurants, souvenir shops by walk maybe 5 minutes. The room was big enough, and very clean. We definitely recommend it! If we would come back to Phuket we would definitely choose it again. Thank you!
