Very warm and gracious hosts,comfortable but simple room and great food. With the aid of google translate I was able to have some very interesting conversations. The lady of the house helped make sure I saw all the local sights and sorted out a taxi to take me back to Tashkent

A Wonderful Experience – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff—especially the owner—were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. On top of all that, the room rates were very reasonable for the comfort and service provided. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily return again!

First of all we like the privacy, like a studio having own keys of the main doors,the bathroom was perfectly clean with heater as we were travelling during winter, the room and the mini dining was clean and warm. Fully equipped with appliances. This is one of the best apartment/room we ever stayed in our trip. The host was responsive and helpful. Location wise as well with nearby restaurants. Taxi can be booked with the help of the host and it is very afforable. If u want to stay in Khujand with privacy stay in this place at an affordable rate. I highly recommend this!

I went in low season so exceptional value for money, hence the high scores. Cooked breakfast of fried eggs and sausages, and friendly staff, all who spoke English. Very close to the aiport which I needed, and I plan to stay again tomorrow on my return.
