We had a truly excellent stay at Hotel Marcopolo, thanks entirely to the phenomenal staff. The reception service from, Olfa , Taieb and Cyrine was exceptional they were welcoming, efficient, and professional throughout our visit. Our room was impeccably clean every day, a credit to the hard work of the housekeeping team, especially Sihem. Dining was a highlight; a big salute to Chef Sami for the delicious food and high quality of the restaurant. Finally, the Spa service was wonderful, providing the perfect relaxing experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff and service!

I just spent 2 weeks at hotel flora park and it’s been a very positive experience. The hotel is situated near the beach and has a few eateries and cafe near by. The staff were amazing and professional always smiling and look after their guests very well. You can see they are all dedicated at the work they do and make sure the guest is comfortable at the hotel. Although a small hotel however the service was top notch. They all spoke English very well and had great communication skills. The property is extremely clean and the room was very spacious. The food was fresh and very tasty which i enjoyed the most. The Bar was equiped with all different beverages and the bar staff were very professional while making the guest very welcome. I loved the adalusian style of the property especially the pool area where you get to chill in the sun and relax with some peace and quietness. The hotel is so peaceful that you truely get a relaxing holiday. My overall stay felt like being at home away from home and when i do visit Tunisia again i will choose to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality - from all my travels this would have been the highlight of my trip.
