The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved my stay and will book again when I'm in Istanbul. Hotel bed was very comfy, lots of good pillows. Room temperature was good. I ordered dinner from the reception and it was delicious. Absolutely recommend everyone to stay at Gnc!

The hotel exceeded my expectations, everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable room with modern design. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything was great - very comfortable, quiet.

Everything was great - very comfortable, quiet. Amazing for a stay for couple of nights to take a break before a ling distanced flights. Was very glad to find ATMs at 3 mins walk and a decent supermarket across the road. Breakfast was very nice addition to the stay.

Unfortunately my experience got influenced a lot by taxi drivers between hotel and airport. The same way was at different price every time, taxi drivers at the airport don't speak English which is ridiculous. Nobody tells you even approximate price, even though they know exact location. The taxi meter shows whatever they want or so, impossible to read between lines. Willingness and friendly behavior are almost unknown to people in this location. This can be addressed with a system of who is allowed to have a business at the airport. I don't hold out hope that anything will change. People will pay even for rude treatment. Sad reality and statement.

If you want an inexpensive clean room during your layover, this hotel will be good. But you must consider this hotel and other hotels are on the flight path. I personally could not sleep all night, so I never go back to any hotels in this area.

Nothing about this stay was good.

Nothing about this stay was good. The staff were unsupportive, unhelpful, and could not communicate in English, making even the simplest requests frustrating. There was no effort to assist guests or provide a pleasant experience. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of money, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

We use this location when in transit at via IST airport.

We use this location when in transit at via IST airport. It is a 20 min drive from /to the airport and offers lot of accommodations at good prices, restaurant like food places with fair prices and good local food. And supermarkets in case you need something.

I really like the staffs’ hospitality and support.

I really like the staffs’ hospitality and support. Despite the language barrier occasionally, they use google translate to communicate adaptively. Very clean and thoughtful facilities. You can tell that they just got refurbished
