Dilber and Mahmut were very attentive and had terrific suggestions for sightseeing and dinner. We would recommend to book a dinner at the hotel as it comes with an individualised menu of the local cuisine, which was very delicious. Best is the attention to detail. Everything .is locally sourced and at the highest quality. The complimentary breakfast is out of this world. We had the pleasure speaking to one of the hotel's owners at multiple occasions, explaining us the amazing history of the hotel, the region and its produce, making us appreciate our stay even more. A highlight was also the donkey transporting our luggage up the hill to the hotel and back. Finally, we have to compliment on the view from the roof top terrace. Ideal for taking pictures of the sunset or enjoying a cup of turkish tea.

Noah, the owner, is amazing. He helped us with planning and arranging our trips for the best prize. Also the other staff in the hotel is very nice and helpful. The bed is amazing, the best in Turkiye. Hotel is new and very clean. Breakfast is freshly made every morning. The location is great, and the room is also very nice and quiet at night. Everything! The property and rooms are absolutely stunning! Staff are phenomenal and they all went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We got put into one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in my life. The location is great as it's on the main road into Mardin, and you can easily explore the old city by foot. The restaurant is also wonderful and has lovely local music playing at night. A huge thank you to everyone for making our stay so great, we actually extended from 1 night to 3 nights stay.
