I stayed one night in room 105, the staff was very attentive. The room I stayed in has a very large living room and kitchen. I definitely recommend you to try the free fresh pomegranate and orange juice. They said that the drinks in the room are also completely free. The open buffet breakfast is great. They offered Turkish coffee before I checked out.

My family had a wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel! The place felt homey and provided a great environment to relax while exploring life, people, history, culture, and food. We spent time in the lounge area, where guests could converse and play games like chess and other board games. Although we visited during the winter, the hotel’s heating system kept us comfortably warm. The rooms were historic, elegant, and very spacious. The place was a 200-year property. Stay there was good value for money. The ambiance is nice and cozy. Peaceful place to just hang out. I like the restaurant as well. The reception team was friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The kitchen staff ensured that our dining experiences were delightful with their excellent service. The hospitality of the hotel staff truly made our visit unforgettable. A special shout-out to Ruhan, Huseyin Sencer, Furkan, Ali, and Yasemin. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and helpful, and they made our stay in Cappadocia even better. Sencer also has a striking resemblance to Robert Pattinson—so if you’re lucky, you might just get a celebrity sighting while staying at Ayazma Cave Hotel. We hope to return someday. Highly recommended!

An excellent, truly authentic cave hotel! The service is outstanding — including valet parking, luggage handling, a complimentary fruit plate, and a manager who is both very friendly and extremely thorough in his explanations. The swimming pool is much larger than shown in the pictures, and there’s also a wonderful Turkish bath. The terrace is absolutely stunning — dining there while enjoying the evening breeze was such a unique and unforgettable experience. And especially the dinner (à la carte): every dish marked with a 🏅 was absolutely delicious!

We couldn't ask for more during our stay in Cappadocia!!!!!! For us it is the most stylish and beautifully decorated cave hotel in the whole area of Nevsehir! The breakfast which included homemade and local products was made every day with care and it was really really rich, so we would actually have dinner late at night after our tours! They also gave us great advise in everything, including their own sightseeing - map that turned out to be essential for organising well our visits there! The owners were super friendly and trully kind and beautiful people, that made EVEN MORE unforgettable our visit there!!! I mean...what else could we possibly ask for ??? I really cannot recommend Doda Artisanal Cave Hotel enough!!!!!!! Thank you from our heart again Doda family and each and every one of you that made our stay that special! We loved the location, Mustafapasa is a very charming little town just outside the touristy loup but very close to it , it was always so nice to come back to this quiet spot at the end of the day. The room was large and very nicely decorated . The breakfast was amazing. The two young people taking care of reception were absolutely lovely, always available and helpful.
