We are currently coming to the end of a fantastic holiday. All the staff is super friendly and helpful.Special thanks for reception and guest relations staff they are really professional. The food, room, hotel etc has been wonderful. Highly recommend booking. We will definitely be back. If you want a fantastic holiday in Antalya don't hesitate to book this hotel! The staff of the hotel was (especially F&B manager and his personnel — all of them were) very professional, friendly and helpful! Although I booked an ordinary room, I was happy to get the room with a partial view to the sea and the city, the view from the balcony was just awesome. I could even watch the sunrise from my room. The rooms were clean with all necessary modern amenities. The food was also tasty and various, from the lovers of the dietary food to the meat lovers everyone can find food according to their wish. Loved everything about this hotel. The service from arrival to departure is excellent, as it should be in the 5 star hotels. Btw the location is just perfect, city center, not far from the airport (it took me 40 minutes overall commuting by bus + taxi), next to the beach (you just cross the road, it's 200 metres away from the hotel), lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, 10-15minutes by bus to Antalya aquarium — the world's biggest tunnel aquarium. Furthermore there are different shows and entertainment activities both for kids and adults every night at the hotel, so I really enjoyed my stay there! Highly recommended!

A well-appointed, spacious unit - great value for money. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always tasty and fresh. Nicely located, close to the bus station, with taxis nearby. This was our favourite hotel to stay in during our Antalya holiday.

I had a very good couple of days at the Mercure Antalya. Rooms are perfect with a nice bed, coffee and tea, enough power sockets, bathroom with a very nice shower. Great breakfast with a lot of things to choose from, including omelettes to order. The business counter in the bar area is great to work from with a drink on the side.

The hotel was very clean , great pool and breakfast was delicious. But what made it wonderful was the staff. The manager - such an exceptional guy. Helped us with everything we asked. The bar - such a great team. Always smiling and making us feel welcome. The cleaning- every day , the lady was super nice. Also smiling when she see you. Exceptionally clean! The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, all the utensils for cooking and serving food. The room is exactly as shown in photos. The Wi-Fi in the room worked without any problems. Also, there are many different channels connected to the TV. The location is not the most touristy, but maybe it's even better this way. Everything you need is within walking distance: -two supermarkets (Sok and A101) are a couple of minutes away to buy basic products. Also, you can find small Migros and Carrefour on the way to the beach; -5M Migros with a small shopping center is 15-20 minutes away; -market with local products and fresh fruits and vegetables is 10 minutes away (open on Sunday); -bus stops anywhere in the city are 7 minutes away, buses to/from the centre run very often. Some buses depart right near the hotel, but they are rare; -the public beach is 10 minutes away on foot, and the water is especially clean and pleasant in the morning. There are a couple of parking spots available right outside the hotel, but you can also easily find a place within a 1-2-minute walk. Special thanks to Nargiz for her help and kindness. She adds comfort to this place! The hotel owner was also always present and ready to help. P.S. Common advice for buses in Antalya: if you use Google maps come 3-5 minutes before scheduled departure (we noticed that buses are often running a few minutes earlier)
