Actually we stayed at the property more than we have planned. We were upgraded and we were very happy to get a wonderful apartment on a 21 floor with breathtaking view . It was absolutely amazing - very comfortable beds , spacious living space everything you need to feel like home !Everything was perfect !

I used to go to Istanbul many times each year .. and this year I choose Mandarin Oriental Bosphor hotel to have a different experience by having a Bosphor view in the room .. when I reach the hotel unfortunately my room doesn’t have any view to the Bosphor although I book the room with Bosphor view 😢.. but “ Gem bey “ and “ yağmur hanim “ at the reception try their best to give us a better room with Bosphor view and they did 👍👌💕.. it was an amazing room with stunning view 😍❤️.. Also many thanks to “ Doğukan Bey “🙏❤️ and “ Deneiz Bey “ 🙏 ❤️they help us a lot through our stay by giving us a late check out and helping us to find a big taxi to take us to the airport and also giving us a beautiful and unique souvenir From the hotel 🤝💕💕 At all .. my stay at Mandarin Oriental Bosphor hotel was amazing & exceptional .. The hotel gave me the rest and relaxation I needed .. it was my first visit to the hotel but definitely it won’t be the last ❤️

Perfect Stay with Friendly and Helpful Team The reception team (Eda, Mustafa, Efe, Eren, Furkan, Anıl, Yasin, Eyüp) provided excellent service with their professionalism and warm hospitality. Special thanks also to the cooking team in the restaurant (Aleyna, Yüsra, Beşir, Semih) and the housekeeping team (Nalan, Cemile, Bayram, Ege) for their dedication. The hotel design is cozy n luxury which is suitable for someone looking for quiet luxury hotel style. The butler service offered bely the hotel is excellent. Mr Bilal who is my butler delivered a high standard, professional, helpful n warm service to me. He arranged a little birthday surprise for friend. he provided clear n detailed information n advices for my question on my travelling. Even I had left the hotel, he still extended his warm n friendly services by providing extra information for my stay in Fethiye. I felt the stay is warm n happy. I would also like to thank you Mr Gokay for his relaxed n happy attitude .
