The hotel is close to the main attractions in Istanbul, but in a quite place. Everything was just fine, very polite, kind and helpful staff, comfortable bed, clean, spacious room, good breakfast. As an example, my wife left her cardigan in the airport transfer car, and with the leadership of Fouad the staff could get it back, a special thank to everyone involved in it! We felt that the receptionists, the cleaning team and the personal at the breakfast all worked very hard to make sure we could have a good time!

I had the most amazing experience with this hotel, I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone. I stayed 1 night in this hotel, I would say that their hospitality is top notch. I have travelled many times before to many countries but this is the first time I get a perfect service. The staffs are very Accommodating and Friendly. This is how a hotel should be like. Special mention go Mr Davut, he always brings his positive attitude with him everytime and everywhere, he brought to me and impeccable service. It would be amazing if in every hotel industry has staffs like him. And also Special mention to Mr Jhakalia, he too provided me with a excellent service, he offered me a free coffee and as the 1st guest in their hotel, they Gave me a Complimentary Wonderful Breakfast. I really Enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come and visit again. The way they serve me made me feel special. I hope the hotel could always maintain this impeccable service, all the best endeavours for the hotel. Cheers 🥂
